ARTISTIC CONTRIBUTIONS

Massimo
Santopaolo

Massimo Santopaolo, a filmmaker who has accompanied Guido Dettoni and his work for many years, especiallly with the video  TAU and MARIA, narrates and visually interprets the moment of this workshop. The three videos are part of this presentation being an eloquent evidence of his connection with this creative process and of his cinematograhic sensitivity.

Silvia
Orciari

Silvia Orciari, has long been in touch with the work MARIA and with Guido Dettoni della Grazia. She was unable to share this “pause in the journey” but attended the testimonial meeting. As an observer, along with Simona Fratti who, after listening to the participants, suggested another version of “beauty will save the world (Dostoeveskij)” i.e. “art will save the world.” Guido Dettoni added that art, placed in everyone’s hands, will save the world.

Silvia Orciari’s contribution goes much further, giving a voice to the sequence of panels representing the figures of the Canticle.

Silvia Orciari gives to those who will come to this experience of the Canticle, her unreleased a cappella version of DOLCE SENTIRE (Brother Sun Sister Moon):

Juan Carlos
García

who has been in touch with Dettoni’s MARIA work for twenty years, having dedicated to her the symphony “MARIA La Presencia Luminosa”, now pays tribute to this experience by making his recent work “Canticle of the Creatures” freely available, which also accompanies videos made by Massimo Santopaolo.
