THE EXPERIENCE

Day One

This workshop proposes a “pause in the journey” to experience the Canticle of the Creatures beyond the intellect, with hands and in blindness.

At the foot of TAU, their hands received the lukewarm malleable wax.

This wax, made especially for these creative processes, is the result of a long experiment that Guido Dettoni conducted to arrive at this masterful formula.

4 HANDS

In order to feel that they were part of a whole and make full contact with the matter, the participants molded wax in pairs, facing each other blindfolded.

2 HANDS

The wax modeled in 4 HANDS was recycled for use during the 2 HANDS individual creative process, inspired by the Canticle of the Creatures (pdf languages) recited by Francesco Carnelutti:

Then, the hands move in the wax to create the form that witnesses the lived experience.
